Clinical Delivery System Refund Policy

1. Return Period:

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Any requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Restocking Fee:

Please note that all returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

3. Return Eligibility:

For an item to be eligible for return:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return.

4. Manufacturer Returns:

Direct returns to the manufacturer are not permitted. All returns must be sent to Clinical Delivery Systems.

5. Return Inspection:

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund request.

6. Refund Processing:

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

7. Delayed or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received your refund:

    • First, review your bank account.
    • Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is posted.
    • Consult with your bank regarding processing times.

      8. Exchanges:

      We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. For exchange requests, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing orders@clinicaldeliverysys.com or by mailing:

      9. Return Shipping:

      Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

      10. Shipping Time:

      The time required for an exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

      11. Shipping Recommendations:

      For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Clinical Delivery Systems is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
